Katie Karr is a Senior Mortgage Banker with Flat Branch Home Loans in Lake Ozark, MO. Katie has worked in the mortgage industry since 1990, building valuable relationships in her real estate community, and was voted Best of the Lake Mortgage Professional by the LakeOnline readers poll for 2014, 2015 and 2016. Having lived at the Lake since 1997, Katie understands the appeal of the Lake area for both vacation home buyers and those purchasing their full-time home, and wants to help people make their dreams of homeownership a reality.

She’s married to radio personality Jeff Karr of Mix 92.7FM. They live in Lake Ozark with their cat. When Katie’s not working or volunteering, she loves to read, golf, go glamping in their travel trailer, paint with acrylics, and fly around the country to visit wineries and see family.
